“Don’t touch my body without my consent,” is neither an outrageous request, nor a gendered one.

Yes, we do need to change the world. We need to get past a world where some people feel entitled to touch/kiss/hug/use other people’s bodies, without first asking for consent, and where some people don’t feel empowered to protest it. We need to create a world where bodily autonomy and consent is the tradition.
